I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The balcony spot in my room was perfect for relaxing while admiring the stunning mountains and beautiful hotel landscaping. The room was quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, and exactly as advertised on the booking site. However, I did notice that the room was built haphazardly, with the carpet coming up around the edges.

The hotel staff took a genuine interest in making our trip enjoyable, ensuring top-notch service that could rival even 5-star hotels in major cities like Dallas, Chicago, NYC, and Boston. However, I did notice that they were not aware of children staying at the hotel.

I had a garden view room with a cute little patio, and it was changed from what I reserved. The service went above and beyond for my cousin's birthday weekend, making it exceptionally special. The location was convenient to shopping and eating, and the area was nice. The dining was above average with a good selection. Overall, a mixed experience with some great highlights.
