Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The balcony spot in my room was perfect for relaxing while admiring the stunning mountains and beautiful hotel landscaping. The room was quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, and exactly as advertised on the booking site. However, I did notice that the room was built haphazardly, with the carpet coming up around the edges.
The hotel was really cute and comfy, good size, clean, with a nice TV, and very comfortable. The service was welcoming, caring, and full of great advice. The location was very accessible to the highway and classy. The dining was really good with a good selection of choices. The facilities were up to par with my expectations.
I had a garden view room with a cute little patio, and it was changed from what I reserved. The service went above and beyond for my cousin's birthday weekend, making it exceptionally special. The location was convenient to shopping and eating, and the area was nice. The dining was above average with a good selection. Overall, a mixed experience with some great highlights.
